Create the portal
Add a client and set a password. Their portal goes live at its own link, with your logo and their name at the top.

Share their projects
Every project you share with that client appears in their grid, marked In review, In the works or Approved, so they always know what needs them.

Take new requests
Clients ask for new work with a short form: what they need, the details, a needed-by date and attachments. Requests land in your board’s Requests column.

Hand over the finals
Add the final files when the work is approved. The client gets a notification, and the project card shows a folder they can open right from the portal.
